Cost: $150. Course Description: The fourteen-module course covers topics related to service management, including managing service department workflow, providing customer service, generating service department revenue, reviewing administrative reports, managing service personnel, training service department staff, promoting public relations, and performing administrative tasks. The course offers an interactive and user-friendly experience, complete with audio voice-overs and progress checks, and typically takes about 8 hours to complete.

How long do I have to complete the course: You may enroll anytime. The current 2026 course term started on December 1, 2025, and access expires October 15, 2026. Those who enroll between December 1, 2025, and July 30, 2026, will have until October 15, 2026, to complete the course.

If I complete the course, will I be a certified Service Manager? No. Completing the course will help experienced fixed operations personnel prepare for the RV Learning Center’s service manager certification. Certification candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a service manager (or closely related experience), submit a certification application form with a $249 fee, and take and pass a timed, online exam. Can I take this course if I am already a certified Service Manager? Yes, you may use this course once for CEU purposes. You will earn 8 CEUs toward recertification when you complete the course and provide the certificate of completion with your recertification application. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRANSFERS / EXTENSIONS: This course is non-transferable. Refunds are only provided if the registrant submits a request in writing within 14 days of registration and proof of no access to the Learning Management System (LMS) has been confirmed. A $50 administrative fee will be applied. Course extensions are not available. You have until October 15, 2026, to complete the course and print a certificate of completion.
