Kathryn, KPA’s VP of Human Resource Management Products, has over 25 years of human resource management experience and is a certified HR professional. For the past 13 years she has focused on developing HR software and programs to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and ensures compliance for companies ranging from small businesses to international corporations.

Kelly Pinkerton is an HR Consultant for KPA with over 9 years of Payroll and HR Management experience. Prior to joining KPA, Kelly was the Payroll Manager at First Financial Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kelly completed her undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Business at Xavier University and is a veteran of the United States Army.
