KPA/RV Learning Center Webinar
Explores Proper Use of Background Checks
(Fairfax, VA) Purchasing and using a background check is like
obtaining a prescription drug from the local pharmacy – there are laws and
regulations governing how and when you can use it.
The Mike Molino RV Learning Center and RVDA associate KPA will present a free
webinar on Feb. 22 at noon Eastern on how to comply with those regulations. To register, click here.
This webinar will be presented by Todd Higey, ESS General Council.

current and trending issues in the fields of consumer reporting compliance and
employment law. He obtained his J.D. from Duquesne University and currently
