Barlow went to college to become an airline pilot. However, the fame of television lured him into changing majors. Thus, a broadcaster was born! After college, Barlow became a TV Producer at Tulsa’s NBC affiliate. Within a short amount of time, his talents allowed him to rise on the corporate ladder and become an Executive Producer. In 2008, Pineapple Advertising was born. With growth stemming from the south and east, Pineapple quickly became known for it's creative, it’s placement formula, and it's ability to manage projects. Today, Barlow heads up a long list of clients from Harley Davidson dealerships to top of the line car dealerships, to BBQ restaurants and jewelry store chains across the US.

Janelle Barlow’s middle name is passion, or at least it should be! She’s passionate about customer service, branding, and complaint handling and the strategic intersection of these concepts. She’s a business person, a best-selling author, a speaker, and a consultant for the past 30 years to some of the world’s leading corporations. She has won a number of speaking awards, including being named a Legend of the Speaking Industry in 2015. She currently lives in the heart of customer-service land — Las Vegas, where she watches Service and Branding come together on a daily basis.
Ken worked for 25 years in fixed operations departments, working for franchised dealers first as a technician, then shop foreman and ultimately fixed operations director for a large dealer organization overseeing 300 employees grossing over $800,000 per month in fixed ops. Currently, he runs the sales operation for DealerPRO Training, where he has worked with hundreds of RV and automobile dealerships for the last 11 years as director of sales. Ken’s vast experience in the U.S. and Canada, helping dealers increase profits in fixed operations and improve their overall performance, has led him to become one of the industry’s most knowledgeable guest speakers. He has spoken at RVDA, NTP Stag, Performance 20 groups, and Hunter Engineering-sponsored workshops among others.

Rich has spoken for many renowned organizations such as NADA, Digital Dealer, NIADA, AutoCon, RVDA, National Association of Broadcasters and the Radio Advertising Bureau.
With 35 years of hands-on, results-oriented executive management experience in the automotive industry, Harvey prides himself on being able to see the big picture. David T. Foco is a dynamic, competitive management professional with over 35 years’ experience in the retail/commercial automotive and RV industry. David is an imaginative, innovative individual with prove management, sales, service, advertising, marketing, training and new business development skills. A history of significant profit, volume and customer satisfaction achievements, which illustrates the ability to combine cost control, revenue growth and process improvements through effective staff training and motivation has been David’s success. For many years, he has been dedicated to training others to succeed, and has helped hundreds of employees nationwide to become more successful themselves. David became vice president for A World of Training in 2008. David works in dealerships helping dealers increase their business through effective communication, enhanced processes, effective hands on training, and an intense work ethic. Jim Ganther is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Notre Dame Law School. After establishing his career as a business attorney and litigator in Washington, D.C. and Tampa, Florida, he became in-house counsel for an F&I brokerage where he focused on legal issues affecting automobile dealerships. In 2006, he founded Mosaic Compliance Services, which provides customized web-based compliance management systems for dealerships. Jim is an AV-rated attorney, a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, and was designated by F&I and Showroom Magazine as a member of their national "Who's Who in F&I."

Randy Henrick is an experienced vehicle dealer compliance and consumer credit attorney and consultant. He was the regulatory and compliance attorney for Dealertrack, Inc. for 12 years and authored all of Dealertrack's Compliance Guides. Randy also was the thought leader for Dealertrack's Compliance product and worked with numerous dealers and trade associations. Randy has over 30 years’ experience in consumer credit and compliance. Prior to working for Dealertrack, Randy worked for GE Capital, Citibank, MasterCard International, and Fleet Boston. Randy operates a consulting business for dealers that provides assistance with regulatory and compliance issues ranging from advertising and policy reviews to webinar-based training on sales, F&I, privacy, data security, and other topics.
Adam Lafurgey is an Account Executive for Ally RV. Since joining Ally in 2014, Adam has held roles in internal training and as a sales specialist developing retail and dealer specific Ally Dealer Rewards programs. Adam brings a fresh perspective and a look into the millennial mindset. He has brought social media training to dealerships and is certified in soft skill courses including: Management by Strengths, Crucial Conversations and Communispond.

David Martin is the President of the MarKee Group, an international sales training company. He has 40 years of sales, management and training experience. MarKee specializes in training that is specific to the RV, Automotive and Marine industries. David has created an online, RV-specific sales training program that is currently being used by 155 RV dealerships. He has been a featured speaker at 35 conventions in 7 countries and has written dozens of articles on sales and sales training. His most recent speaking engagements were at the National Automotive Dealers Association in January of 2017 and the Marine Dealers Conference and Expo in December 2016.
Scott Meyer is the brofounder of 9 Clouds (brother+cofounder), a digital marketing firm proudly based in Sioux Falls, SD that provides inbound marketing for automotive and RV dealers. A frequent speaker and teacher at events such as the automotive conferences NADA, Digital Dealer and Driving Sales Canada, Meyer writes on how to use technology to grow your community and business.

Mr. David Mihalick is the Sr. Director of Vehicle Safety and Regulatory Compliance for Thor Industries. David is a 16 year veteran of the RV Industry with the past 12 years being spent in his role at Thor. Prior to the RV Industry, Mr. Mihalick worked in both the automotive and juvenile products industries working for General Motors, Delphi, and Evenflo to name a few. David is an active member on various RV related technical and standards committees. He currently serves on the RVIA Standards Steering Committee.
Mike Nicholes Capital Management
Mike Nicholes has spent the past 40 years teaching parts managers and dealers how to best manage the parts inventory. In addition to the individual dealer instruction, Mike has been hired by 12 Auto and 3 HD Truck manufacturers to teach classes to the parts managers of the respective manufacturers in sponsored groups by the factory. Mike has presented workshops on parts inventory management to 18 NADA conventions and 6 ATD conventions. In addition to the dealership operations in the US and Canada, Mike has been invited to consult and teach parts managers and dealers in 71 countries. As an RV Dealer for 14 years, Don achieved a 65% market share in interior Alaska for both sales and service, and was awarded the Fleetwood and Winnebago “Awards of Excellence” for outstanding customer service. Myril has been a champion of dealer profit and success in the marine and RV industries for over 20 years. For over three years, he has been the COO and Dealer Champion at First Approval Source, an F&I service provider. As a speaker and consultant for dealer groups and dealers, he has assisted in maximizing F&I profit for dealers across the country. Myril has an extensive background in sales, finance, marketing, social media, business development and management. He has published several books and articles and is passionate about helping dealers maximize their F&I, online and internet success, especially in the face of an emerging and demanding new generation of consumers who have strong expectations about e-commerce and their online experience.
